KWContractor.com decided to have a some fun this fall and join the golfers at Rebel Creek for the Annual Chicopee Golf Tournament.

In line with supporting local business and community in sponsorship with Chicopee at Hole 9, we had some great laughs and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Although we had to convince many people they were not Tiger Woods nor Vijay Singh, it was a great opportunity to spread the knowledge of KWContractor.com.

The best giveaway ever was our very own KWContractor.com Volve SUV. Golfers had to Tee off with the KWC sponge ball and whoever had a hole in one, won the vehicle!
Yes, we know it's close to impossible - if even possible, but it sure was a lot of fun watching and gave another method to relieving stress of an over par game.

We look forward to spending more time out in the community at events this coming summer to hand out giveaways to support local business.

With an overwhelming response of positive feedback from both Contractors and Home Owners, KWContractor.com officially launched your local, online home improvement directory at the KW Home & Garden Show March 28th to the 30th . Thanks to our Contractors who supported the launch by becoming a part of the new local online community.

We managed to meet many new people and established good relationship throughout the show. As part of the KWContractor.com'Tool Belt Crew', we all enjoyed informing the Home Owners of Kitchener Waterloo and seeing a great interest in the web site.

With the Official Launch of the site, we plan to service Kitchener Waterloo Home Owners by providing them the names, contact info, pictures of past jobs, and experience on Local Home Improvement Contractors. We strive on promoting local businesses, craftsman and quality, showing that there is more to this town that just the tech businesses! We strive to create and maintain an easy to use website for Home Owners to use and remember when searching for a local contractor or home improvement professional.

We heard some great comments from Home Owners and Contractors at the show and from who contacted us just after: "This is a great idea, our town really needs something like this." "It's that easy?
